We understand that it is hard to buy your doffline grooming scissors online that is why we offer a 7 day exchange or refund policy to help you find the perfect fit.

How it Works
All we ask is that you get in touch with us as soon as you realise within the first 7 days of receiving your scissors that you need to make an exchange or ask for a refund. We count the 7 days from when your parcel is marked as delivered.
  • The scissors then need to be posted back to us via a tracked service. In as new condition, with no damage or have been dropped etc. in the original packaging, this includes in the case with scissors properly secured, with scissor key, cleaning cloth and oil pen inside the case.
  • We will then assess the scissors and if there are no damages or problems either exchange them for the ones you have selected or issue you a refund.  It takes approximately 3-5 days for your refund to come through from the transaction from which you paid for the scissors.

Matsui, is proud to have 20 years of manufacturing, design & research of quality Matsui uses high-quality parts and all our scissors are guaranteed to be free of faulty workmanship for life. Matsui Scissors are handmade using the high-quality Japanese Stainless Steel, our scissors are designed to last. The colouring is also cover under manufacturing warranty. All other accessories, including pouches, cases, oil are covered by 30-day warranty.

Lifetime Warranty Exclusion
Warranty for scissors bought from our online store does not include re-sharpening from 3rd parties and damage caused by dropping scissors or misuse as detailed below.Please be aware that damaging your scissor blade edges or the colouring by chipping, dropping, or incorrect tension or incorrect sharpening by a 3rd party, maintenance, cleaning or care of your scissors with chemicals or by not following our care guidelines is not covered by warranty. 
Warranty Return Policy
All faulty scissors under Lifetime Warranty have to be returned by a tracked service for inspection, if found to be manufacturer fault they will be replaced at no charge to our customers.
